The month of March is coming up and mostly in every house there is a
pressure of final exams of their students. So, here I come up with some
of the tips for getting tension free during exam.
1. Take a small-small breaks during studying
Is it not mandatory for all students because some students can study
continuously for 2-3 hours and on the other hand the concentration of
other students doesn't stick for more than 1 hour. So, it is good to
take a break of 5-10 minutes after every hour or 15-20 minutes after
every 2-3 hours, whichever is suitable. During break you can do anything
which makes you feel relax like watching TV, listening music etc. Make sure you should stick to the time of break.
